Beaver Road Capital is a privately held, entrepreneurial investment fund seeking to invest and accelerate growth for small to medium sized businesses. We are looking for committed sellers seeking full or partial liquidity.
Beaver Road Capital is working with founders and operators of small to medium sized agriculture and food-related businesses to meet their liquidity goals. Primarily focused in Southwestern Ontario, we invest and enter the day-to-day operations of businesses to help owners achieve smooth and successful management transitions.

Jeff McAllister, CPA, CA, CFA

Jeff McAllister is an experienced investor and operator with over 10 years of industry experience within the agriculture and food sectors. Jeff is a Partner with Bonnefield Financial Inc., Canada’s largest agricultural investment management firm where he is a member of the firm’s Senior Management Team and their funds’ various Investment and Valuation Committees.
Jeff is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder. Jeff graduated from the University of Western Ontario where he attained a B.Sc. in Chemistry and an HBA (Honours Business Administration) from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
